Louisville City is a city in the Jefferson County, Georgia, United States. In 2000, city's population was 2712 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 2644, It is the 206th largest by population in the U.S. state of Georgia. The city comprises an area of 3.65 sq mi (9.45 sq km), of which, 3.59 square miles (9.3 sq km) of it is land and 0.06 square miles (0.16 sq km) of it is water, makes it the 221st largest by total area in Georgia.
