Louise Town is a town located in Humphreys County, Mississippi, in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. The population of town in 2000 stood at 315 as per the Census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 285, making it the 44th least populous in Mississippi. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.17 sq mi (0.44 sq km), making it the seventh smallest by size in Mississippi.

As of the census of 2000, there were 315 people in the town, organized into 117 households, and 81 families residing in the town. The population density was 1898.5 people per square mile (733.01/kmē), it is 19th most densely populated town in Mississippi. There were 125 housing units at an average density of 735.3 per square mile (283.9/kmē). The average household size was 2.69 and the average family size was 3.28.
