Louisburg City is a city located in the Miami County, Kansas, United States. In 2000, the population was 2576. The July 2008 population estimate is 3940, It is the 102nd largest in terms of population. It covers total area of 3.42 square miles (8.86 square kilometre), of which, 3.32 square miles (8.6 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.09 square miles (0.23 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 61st largest by total area among Kansas.
