Loudonville Village is a city located in Ashland and Holmes counties, Ohio, in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 2906. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 3069, making it Ohio's 388th largest. It is spread over 2.5 square miles (6.47 sq km), of which, 2.49 square miles (6.45 sq km ) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 361st largest by total area among Ohio.

The population density was 1168.8 people per square mile (451.28/kmē), it is the 651st most densely populated city in the U.S. state of Ohio.
