Lost Creek Town is a town located in Harrison County, West Virginia, in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 467 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 501, It is 67th least populous in West Virginia. It is spread over 1.01 sq mi (2.62 kmē), makes it the 143rd largest by total area in West Virginia.
