Longford City is one of the city of Clay County, Kansas, located towards the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 94. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 91, giving it the 76th smallest population among Kansas. Its area is just over 0.15 miē (0.39 kmē), it is the 60th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Kansas.
