It is the 34th most populous in the U.S. state of Delaware. It covers total area of 2.5 sq mi (6.47 kmē), of which, 2.49 square miles (6.45 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, making it Delaware's 21st largest by total area.
