Long Branch City, Monmouth County, New Jersey is a city located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. The city has a population of 31340 as per the 2000 census data. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 32622, It is 41st most populous in New Jersey. The city comprises an area of 6.19 square miles (16.03 kmē), of which, 5.22 square miles (13.52 kmē) of it is land and 0.97 square miles (2.51 kmē) of it is water, makes it the 80th largest by total area in New Jersey.
