Long Beach Town is a town in the LaPorte County, Indiana, United States. It is home to over 1559 people (2000 census). According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 1547, It is the 255th most populous in the U.S. state of Indiana. It has total area of 3.15 square miles (8.16 square kilometre), of which, 1.04 square miles (2.69 square kilometre) of it is land and 2.11 square miles (5.46 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 140th largest by area in the U.S. state of Indiana. It is ranks seventh in the size of its inland waterways in Indiana.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1559 people, 661 households, and 474 families residing in the town. The population density was 1495.7 people per square mile (577.49/kmē), it is the 315th most densely populated town in the U.S. state of Indiana.
