Logan County is a county located in the United States of Oklahoma. The population of county in 2000 stood at 33924 as per the Census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 38102, It is the 27th largest county by population in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. The county comprises an area of 748.92 mi˛ (1939.69 sq km), of which, 744.45 square miles (1928.12 sq km) of it is land and 4.46 square miles (11.55 sq km) of it is water, it is the 47th largest by area in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.

As of the census of 2000, there were 33924 people, 12389 households, and 8994 families living in the county. The population density was 45.6 people per square mile (17.61/km˛), it is 25th most densely populated county in Oklahoma. There were 13906 housing units at an average density of 18.7 per square mile (7.22/km˛). The average household size was 2.57 and the average family size was 3.04. In the county Age distribution was 25.5% under the age of 18, 12% from 18 to 24, 26.5% from 25 to 44, 23.7% from 45 to 64, and 12.3% who were 65 or older. For every 100 males there were 102.4 females. For every 100 males age 18 and over, there were 107.7 females. The July 2008 population estimate is 38102, The racial makeup of the county was 31642 White, 4021 Black or African American, 1092 American Indian, 207 Asian, 22 Native Hawaiian, and 1118 from two or more races.
