Logan County is a one of the county from North Dakota's 53 counties, located in Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. In 2000, county's population was 2308 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 1943, It is the eighth least populous county in the U.S. state of North Dakota. It covers total area of 1011.07 sq mi (2618.66 kmē), of which, 992.64 square miles (2570.93 kmē) of it is land and 18.43 square miles (47.73 kmē) of it is water, it is the 16th smallest by area in the U.S. state of North Dakota.
