Locust Grove City is a United States city located in the Henry County, Georgia, United States. As of 2000 the population was 2322. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 4811, making it Georgia's 226th largest. The city spans an area of 2.2 sq mi (5.7 sq km), of which, 2.13 square miles (5.52 sq km) of it is land and 0.07 square miles (0.18 sq km) of it is water, it is the 348th largest by area in the U.S. state of Georgia.
