Lockport Town is a town in the Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, United States. In 2000, the population was 2624. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 2635, It is the 160th largest in terms of population. It covers total area of 0.64 square miles (1.66 square kilometre), of which, 0.62 square miles (1.61 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 14th smallest in terms of geographical size.
