Loch Arbour Village is a city in the Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States. Loch Arbour Village had an official population of 280 in 2000. Its population was estimated at 274 in July 2008, making it the seventh least populous in New Jersey. It covers total area of 0.13 square miles (0.34 kmē), of which, 0.1 square miles (0.26 kmē) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 kmē) of it is water, making it New Jersey's second smallest by total area.
