Livingston Parish is a parish located in the United States of Louisiana. In 2000, the population was 91814. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 120256, It is the tenth largest in terms of population. The parish extends throughout a territory of 702.84 miē (1820.35 kmē ), of which, 648.02 square miles (1678.36 kmē) of it is land and 54.82 square miles (141.98 kmē) of it is water, it is the 31st largest by area in the U.S. state of Louisiana.

In the parish the population was spread out, with 29.5% under the age of 18, 9.1% from 18 to 24, 31.5% from 25 to 44, 21.4% from 45 to 64, and 8.5% who were 65 or older. For every 100 males there were 101.6 females. For every 100 males age 18 and over, there were 105.8 females. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the parish is 120256, The racial or ethnic makeup of the parish was 110909 White, 7346 Black or African American, 429 American Indian, 609 Asian, 15 Native Hawaiian, and 948 from two or more races.
