Livingston City is one of the city of Sumter County, Alabama, located towards the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 3297. In July 2008, its estimated population was 3020, It is the 141st largest in terms of population. Its area is just over 7.2 miē (18.65 kmē), of which, 7.12 square miles (18.44 kmē) of it is land and 0.08 square miles (0.21 kmē) of it is water, makes it the 188th largest by total area in Alabama.
