Littlestown Borough is a borough located in Adams County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. The borough has a population of 3947 as per the 2000 census data. The borough comprises an area of 1.57 square miles (4.07 kmē), makes it the 499th largest by total area in Pennsylvania.
