Little Round Lake Cdp had an official population of 948 in 2000. giving it the 382nd largest population among Wisconsin. The census designated place extends throughout a territory of 9.05 mi˛ (23.44 square kilometre ), of which, 8.82 square miles (22.84 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.23 square miles (0.6 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 63rd largest by area in the U.S. state of Wisconsin.
