Little Canada City is a city located in the Ramsey County, Minnesota, United States. The population of the city was 9771 as per the 2000 census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 9570, It is 84th most populous in Minnesota. The city has a total area of 4.47 mi˛ (11.58 sq km), of which, 4 square miles (10.36 sq km) of it is land and 0.47 square miles (1.22 sq km) of it is water, making it the 171st largest by size in Minnesota.
