Lititz Borough is a United States borough located in the Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, United States. The borough has a population of 9029 as per the 2000 census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 9034, making it the 126th most populous in Pennsylvania. The borough spans an area of 2.32 sq mi (6.01 sq km), making it the 312th largest by size in Pennsylvania.
