Linn County is a county in the United States of Iowa. In 2000, county's population was 191701 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 208574, It is second most populous county in Iowa. The county spans an area of 724.55 square miles (1876.58 square kilometre), of which, 717.44 square miles (1858.16 square kilometre) of it is land and 7.1 square miles (18.39 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the ninth largest in terms of geographical size.
