Lincoln County is a county located in the United States of Tennessee. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 31340 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the county is 33116, It is 44th most populous county in Tennessee. It covers total area of 570.63 square miles (1477.92 sq km), of which, 570.23 square miles (1476.89 sq km) of it is land and 0.39 square miles (1.01 sq km) of it is water, it is the 23rd largest by area in the U.S. state of Tennessee.
