Lincoln County is a one of the county from Missouri's 115 counties and independent city, located in Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. The population of the county was 38944 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 52775, It is the 19th most populous county in the U.S. state of Missouri. The county has a total area of 640.41 square miles (1658.65 square kilometre), of which, 630.49 square miles (1632.96 square kilometre) of it is land and 9.92 square miles (25.69 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 46th largest by total area among Missouri's county.
