Lincoln County is a county located in Kansas, in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. The population of the county was 3578 as per the 2000 census data. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the county is 3261, giving it the 26th smallest population among Kansas's county. The county has a total area of 719.94 sq mi (1864.64 sq km), of which, 718.87 square miles (1861.86 sq km) of it is land and 1.07 square miles (2.77 sq km) of it is water, it is the 61st largest in terms of geographical size.
