Lilburn City, Gwinnett County, Georgia is a city located in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 11307. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 11599, making it Georgia's 70th largest. It has total area of 6.2 square miles (16.06 sq km), of which, 6.15 square miles (15.93 sq km) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 sq km) of it is water, it is the 135th largest by area in the U.S. state of Georgia.

As of the census of 2000, there were 11307 people, 3943 households, and 2836 families residing in the city. The population density was 1837.6 people per square mile (709.5/kmē), it is Georgia's 55th most densely populated city. There were 4049 housing units at an average density of 658.4 per square mile (254.21/kmē). The average household size was 2.8 and the average family size was 3.28.
