Ligonier Borough is a borough located in the Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, United States. In 2000, the population was 1695. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 1599, It is the 679th largest by population in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 0.49 sq mi (1.27 kmē), it is the 307th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.
