Lexington City is a city located in Holmes County, Mississippi, in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 2025 as per the Census data. Its population was estimated at 1880 in July 2008, It is Mississippi's 124th largest by population . It is spread over 2.46 sq mi (6.37 kmē), makes it the 165th largest by total area in Mississippi.
