Lexington City, McLean County, Illinois is a city located in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 1912 inhabitants. It is spread over 1.05 square miles (2.72 square kilometre), it is the 694th largest by area in the U.S. state of Illinois.
