Lewistown Town is a town located in the Lewis County, Missouri, United States. As per the 2000 census, town has a population of 595 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 564 in July 2008, It is the 460th most populous in the U.S. state of Missouri. Its area is just over 0.45 square miles (1.17 square kilometre), makes it the 616th largest by total area in Missouri.
