Lewiston City, Cache County, Utah is a city located in the Western Region (Mountain) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 1877 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 2030, giving it the 123rd largest population among Utah. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 25.68 mi˛ (66.51 square kilometre), of which, 25.57 square miles (66.23 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.11 square miles (0.28 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 17th largest by area in the U.S. state of Utah.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 1877 residents, 531 households, and 446 families in the city. The population density was 73.4 people per square mile (28.34/km˛), giving it the 50th least densely populated city among the Utah. There were 558 housing units at an average density of 21.8 per square mile (8.42/km˛). The average household size was 3.53 persons, and the average family size was 3.94 persons. In the city the population was spread out, with 39.4% under the age of 18, 12.3% from 18 to 24, 24.7% from 25 to 44, 14.5% from 45 to 64, and 9.1% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 101.2 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 94.9 males. The median age is 23.9 years, The median age of males and females living in Lewiston City was 22.9 and 24.7 years respectively. The racial or ethnic makeup of the city was 1777 White, 2 Black or African American, 1 American Indian, 2 Asian, Native Hawaiian, 26 from two or more races and 69 Ohter races.
