Lewisburg Borough is a United States borough located in the Union County, Pennsylvania, United States. In 2000, borough's population was 5620 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 5454, It is the 242nd most populous in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The borough extends throughout a territory of 0.98 miē (2.54 kmē ), it is the 740th largest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.
