Lewisberry Borough is a borough located in York County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Lewisberry Borough is home to 385 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 385, It is the 233rd least populous in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. Its area is just over 0.13 mi˛ (0.34 sq km), makes it the 47th smallest by total area in Pennsylvania.
