Leechburg Borough is a borough located in the Armstrong County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population of the borough was 2386 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the borough is 2212, making it the 552nd most populous in Pennsylvania. It has total area of 0.49 mi˛ (1.27 sq km), of which, 0.45 square miles (1.17 sq km) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 311th smallest by total area among Pennsylvania.
