Lebanon County is a county located in Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. The county has a population of 120327 as per the 2000 census data. The July 2008 population estimate is 128934, It is the 27th most populous county in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The county comprises an area of 362.6 mi˛ (939.13 sq km), of which, 361.86 square miles (937.21 sq km) of it is land and 0.74 square miles (1.92 sq km) of it is water, giving it the seventh smallest by total area among Pennsylvania's county.

As of the census of 2000, there were 120327 people in the county, organized into 46551 households, and 32761 families living in the county. The population density was 332.5 people per square mile (128.38/km˛), making it the 19th most densely populated county in Pennsylvania. There were 49320 housing units at an average density of 136.3 per square mile (52.63/km˛). The average household size was 2.49 people, and the average family size was 2.98 people. In the Lebanon County, 23.7% of the population was under the age of 18, 8.2% were 18 to 24, 28% were 25 to 44, 23.7% were 45 to 64, and 16.4% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 95 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 91.7 males. In July 2008, its estimated population was 128934, The racial or ethnic makeup of the county was 123718 White, 2624 Black or African American, 268 American Indian, 1232 Asian, 55 Native Hawaiian, and 1037 from two or more races.
