Lebanon City, New Hampshire is a city of the Grafton County, New Hampshire, United States. The city has a population of 12568 as per the 2000 census data. Its population was estimated at 12806 in July 2008, making it New Hampshire's 11th largest. Its area is just over 41.36 miē (107.12 kmē), of which, 40.36 square miles (104.53 kmē) of it is land and 0.99 square miles (2.56 kmē) of it is water, it is the fifth largest in terms of geographical size. It is ranks seventh in the size of its inland waterways in New Hampshire.

As of the census of 2000, there were 12568 residents, 5500 households, and 3178 families in the city. The population density was 311.4 people per square mile (120.23/kmē), making it the fifth least densely populated city in New Hampshire.
