Lead Hill Town, Boone County, Arkansas is a town located in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. It is home to over 287 people (2000 census). It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 307, giving it the 149th smallest population among Arkansas. The town spans an area of 0.54 square miles (1.4 kmē), of which, 0.47 square miles (1.22 kmē) of it is land and 0.07 square miles (0.18 kmē) of it is water, makes it the 100th smallest by total area in Arkansas.
