Le Roy City is a one of the McLean County, Illinois, located in Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. Le Roy City had an official population of 3332 in 2000. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 3527, It is the 398th largest by population in the U.S. state of Illinois.
