Lawrence Village is one of the city of Nassau County, New York, located towards the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 6522 as per the Census data. Its population was estimated at 6573 in July 2008, It is 275th most populous in New York. The city spans an area of 4.69 square miles (12.15 square kilometre), of which, 3.85 square miles (9.97 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.84 square miles (2.18 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 222nd largest by total area among New York.
