Laurel Town is a town located in the Sussex County, Delaware, United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Laurel Town is home to 3668 inhabitants. The town comprises an area of 1.72 mi˛ (4.45 square kilometre), of which, 1.66 square miles (4.3 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.07 square miles (0.18 square kilometre) of it is water, making it the 28th largest by size in Delaware. It is ranks 14 in the size of its inland waterways in Delaware.
