Larkspur Town is a town located in the Douglas County, Colorado, United States. As per the 2000 census, town has a population of 234 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the town is 328, It is the 55th least populous in the U.S. state of Colorado. The town comprises an area of 1.35 square miles (3.5 kmē), makes it the 199th largest by total area in Colorado.
