Larkspur City is a city in the Marin County, California, United States. In 2000, the population was 12014. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 11693, It is the 403rd most populous in the U.S. state of California. It has total area of 3.27 square miles (8.47 kmē), of which, 3.13 square miles (8.11 kmē) of it is land and 0.13 square miles (0.34 kmē) of it is water, making it California's 663rd largest by total area.
