Landrum City is a city located in the Spartanburg County, South Carolina, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 2472 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 2615, It is the 149th largest in terms of population. It has total area of 2.35 sq mi (6.09 square kilometre), of which, 2.35 square miles (6.09 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 223rd largest by total area among South Carolina.
