Lamoure City is a city located in the LaMoure County, North Dakota, United States. As of 2000 the population was 944. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 802, making it North Dakota's 60th largest. Its area is just over 1.28 square miles (3.32 kmē), it is the 75th largest by area in the U.S. state of North Dakota.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 944 people, 386 households, and 239 families residing in the city. The population density was 736.2 people per square mile (284.25/kmē), giving it the 127th most densely populated city among the North Dakota.
