Lakewood City is a one of the Davidson County, Tennessee, located in Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. In 2000, city's population was 2341 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 2595, It is the 165th largest in terms of population. The city extends throughout a territory of 0.96 mi˛ (2.49 square kilometre ), making it Tennessee's 42nd smallest by total area.
