Lake Villa Village is a city located in Lake County, Illinois, in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. In 2000, city's population was 5864 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 8709, It is the 288th largest in terms of population. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 6.48 square miles (16.78 square kilometre), of which, 5.72 square miles (14.81 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.75 square miles (1.94 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 156th largest by area in the U.S. state of Illinois.
