Lake Shore City is a one of the Cass County, Minnesota, located in Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 966 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 1068, It is Minnesota's 343rd largest by population . The city encompasses an area of 18.15 mi˛ (47.01 sq km ), of which, 12.79 square miles (33.13 sq km) of it is land and 5.36 square miles (13.88 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 66th largest by total area among Minnesota. It is ranks 11 in the size of its inland waterways in Minnesota.
