Lake Norden City is a United States city located in the Hamlin County, South Dakota, United States. It is home to over 432 people (2000 census). According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 422, making it South Dakota's 147th largest. The city has a total area of 0.67 sq mi (1.74 kmē), of which, 0.66 square miles (1.71 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, it is the 166th largest by area in the U.S. state of South Dakota.

As of the census of 2000, there were 432 residents, 172 households, and 100 families in the city. The population density was 654.3 people per square mile (252.63/kmē), it is the 166th most densely populated city in the U.S. state of South Dakota.
