Lake Jackson City is a city located in Brazoria County, Texas, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Lake Jackson City is home to 26386 inhabitants. It covers total area of 19.8 mi˛ (51.28 sq km), of which, 19.04 square miles (49.31 sq km) of it is land and 0.76 square miles (1.97 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 125th largest by total area among Texas.
