Lake Hamilton Town is a town in the Polk County, Florida, United States. As per the 2000 census, town has a population of 1304 inhabitants. The town's estimated population as of July 2008 was 1435, making it Florida's 185th smallest. The town spans an area of 3.91 sq mi (10.13 square kilometre), of which, 3.03 square miles (7.85 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.88 square miles (2.28 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 413th largest in terms of geographical size.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1304 people in the town, organized into 482 households, and 363 families living in the town.
