Lake Arthur Town, Chaves County, New Mexico is a town located in the Western Region (Mountain) of United States. It is home to over 432 people (2000 census). Its population was estimated at 436 in July 2008, making it New Mexico's 73rd smallest. The town has a total area of 0.55 square miles (1.42 square kilometre), it is the 13th smallest in terms of geographical size.
